1. Eligibility and Account Registration

Access to the jy9 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which they maintain an active account:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jy9 applies a minimum age of 21 for all players, in accordance with its responsible gaming policy. Age verification is conducted as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, and accounts belonging to players who cannot verify they are 21 or older will be suspended and any balances returned.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, or family member of an employee or director of jy9 or any of its affiliated game-provider partners.
• You have not previously been excluded from the jy9 platform or had an account closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Each player may hold only one registered account on jy9. Opening multiple accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed, all bonuses forfeited, and any remaining balances reviewed for potential confiscation in the event of terms abuse.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided — including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment method details — is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point is a material breach of this Agreement.

2. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

jy9 operates a mandatory KYC verification programme. All players are required to complete identity verification before processing any withdrawal request, and jy9 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the player relationship, including at the point of registration, before processing a bonus, or in response to unusual account activity.

2.1 Documents Required

• A government-issued photo identity document — National ID Card (NID), passport, or driving licence.
• Proof of address — a utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months showing your name and current address.
• Proof of payment method — a photograph or screenshot of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account used for deposits, showing the account holder's name and mobile number or account number.

2.2 Verification Timeline

jy9 aims to complete KYC reviews within 24 to 48 hours of receiving all required documents. Withdrawals may be placed on hold during the verification period. Players will be notified by email if additional documents are required. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 30 days of a KYC request may result in account suspension.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

jy9 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal is ৳500.

3.1 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to the player account instantly or within five minutes in the majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect. jy9 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

3.2 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are processed within fifteen minutes of approval, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays in Bangladesh. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days. All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. jy9 reserves the right to conduct additional fraud checks on withdrawals above ৳50,000, which may extend processing time.

3.3 Withdrawal to Source Policy

Withdrawals must be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, to the extent that the method supports outgoing transfers. jy9 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, accounts in a different name, or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the same account.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

jy9 offers various bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all bonus offers unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed KYC verification and whose accounts are in good standing.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the individual offer terms.
• jy9 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify wagering requirements, or cancel a bonus at any time if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of terms, or use of strategies designed to circumvent the spirit of a promotion.
• Bonuses and promotional credits have no cash value until wagering requirements are satisfied. They cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Bonus funds are played before real-money funds unless stated otherwise in the offer terms.

5. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

jy9 is committed to providing a fair, transparent, and enjoyable gaming environment. All games are sourced from certified providers whose outcomes are determined by independently audited random number generators (RNGs). The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban from the platform:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with any game or the jy9 platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or display glitches to gain an unintended financial advantage. Players who discover a bug are obligated to report it to support immediately rather than exploit it.
• Collusion with other players to influence the outcome of games, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting in live dealer games.
• Using multiple accounts, VPNs, proxy servers, or other methods to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Attempting to launder funds through the jy9 platform or using jy9 accounts for any purpose connected to illegal financial activity.
• Providing false KYC documents or impersonating another individual at any stage of the account lifecycle.

6. Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the jy9 platform, including cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports markets:

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by jy9. jy9 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where odds have been displayed in error or where a bet is placed after the relevant event or market has been suspended. A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake is deducted from your available balance.

6.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void where: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the required duration of play is completed; odds were published in error due to a technical fault; the market was inadvertently left open after the event result was known; or where jy9 determines that the integrity of the event has been compromised. Void bet stakes are returned to the player's balance in full.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) markets are subject to rapid odds changes. jy9 cannot guarantee that odds displayed on-screen reflect the live state of a market at the moment your bet request is received by the server. Where odds have changed materially between placement request and acceptance, jy9 may accept the bet at the updated odds or decline the bet and return the stake. Players accept this condition by placing in-play bets.

6.4 Cricket-Specific Rules

For BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures, match bets are settled on the official result declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC, BCCI). Rain-affected matches decided by the Duckworth–Lewis–Stern method are settled on the official DLS result. Matches abandoned without a result being reached are voided unless specific "no result" markets apply.

jy9 strictly enforces its 21+ age policy. Any account found to belong to a player under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently closed, all deposits returned, and any winnings forfeited.

8. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jy9 login credentials, including your username and password. jy9 recommends that players use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their account. Any activity carried out using your login credentials is your responsibility unless you have notified jy9 of a security breach prior to the activity occurring.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jy9's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, misrepresentation, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jy9 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising from your use of the platform. jy9 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and shall not be liable for any loss arising from downtime, technical faults, or interruptions to internet connectivity beyond its reasonable control.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the jy9 platform — including the jy9 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game content licensed from third-party studios, text, and software — is the property of jy9 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the jy9 platform without prior written consent.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

jy9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering an account and using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. jy9 uses SSL/TLS encryption on all data transmissions and applies industry-standard security measures to protect stored player data. Personal data is not sold to third parties. It is shared only with game providers, payment processors, and fraud prevention partners where strictly necessary to operate the platform.

12. Termination and Account Closure

You may request closure of your jy9 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, jy9 will settle any pending bets, process any outstanding withdrawals subject to KYC completion, and deactivate the account. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

jy9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or where account closure is necessary to comply with a legal obligation. In such cases, jy9 will communicate the reason for closure within a reasonable period, except where doing so would prejudice an ongoing investigation.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

This Agreement and any dispute arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which jy9 operates. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, transaction, or account decision, you should first contact jy9 support at [email protected] with full details of your complaint. jy9 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. jy9's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes, odds, and account activity shall be final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
